GGPoker verification: which documents you need and how long it takes
Identity checks are mandatory before withdrawing, and the room asks for them soon after registration. The check usually takes 24 hours and needs an ID plus proof of address. Here is what passes, what gets rejected and how not to freeze a withdrawal request.

Two things are needed: a photo ID (passport, driving licence or national ID) and proof of address no older than 90 days - a bank statement, utility bill or government letter showing your name and address. Upload them in the client profile. The check usually takes 24 hours. Do it right away rather than at the first withdrawal.

Why uploads get rejected
Photo quality first: a cropped edge, glare across the number, blur. Then mismatches: a name spelled differently on the statement, an address in a different city, a document country that differs from the account country. Then age: proof of address older than 90 days. Each is fixed by a new upload that removes the stated reason.
Withdrawing without verification
A withdrawal request from an unverified account waits 7 days for documents; if they do not arrive, the request is cancelled and the money returns to the balance. It does not vanish, but it cannot leave until the check passes. That is why uploading on day one turns a week of correspondence into the usual 24 hours. Withdrawal rules: Withdrawal.
Extra checks
Withdrawing more than 3000 EUR in a month, or unusual activity, may trigger a source-of-funds request: an income statement, bank records, an explanation of where deposits came from. It is a regulatory requirement; a prompt reply with real documents closes it.
