GGPoker login: GGPass, verification codes and getting back in
Sign-in happens inside the client through GGPass, the network's single account. There is no browser account area: cashier, documents, bonuses and security all live in the app. Here is how sign-in works, what each code prompt means and how to recover access.

Open the client, enter your GGPass email and password, confirm with a code from your chosen method - SMS, email, Telegram or an authenticator app. The account area is the profile icon in the client: cashier, documents, bonuses, security. After several wrong passwords sign-in locks for 60 minutes.
Where the account area is
Players used to casino sites look for a web dashboard - GGPoker does not have one. Everything a dashboard would hold opens from the client: balance and cashier, document uploads, bonuses and tickets, PokerCraft hand history, two-factor settings and the funds password. That is deliberate: a browser login page is easy to fake, a client is not.

Verification code
Requested on a new device, after a password change and on suspicious activity. Pick from 4 methods: SMS, email, Telegram, authenticator.
Funds password for money
A separate password for withdrawals and transfers - make it different from the login one.
Locked out
Three usual reasons. Several wrong passwords in a row: the lock lifts by itself after 60 minutes. A VPN or a login from another country: the client sees a region mismatch - turn the VPN off. A security review after a complaint or odd activity: an email asks you to confirm identity, and access stays closed until you answer. VPN rules: VPN.
Codes not arriving
SMS gets lost most often; emails land in spam; Telegram goes quiet if the bot was stopped. Check spam, request again after a minute, switch to another configured method. Enable at least two methods for exactly this reason - about the GGPass account.
