AoF is the shortest route from "never played" to "understands hand strength". The stack is always 8 BB, there are two actions, and a hand resolves in seconds. Beginners like it; so do players who want a thousand hands from a phone in an evening.

In All-In or Fold every player sits with 8 BB and on their turn either shoves or folds. No bets, no raises, no post-flop play. Available in hold'em and Omaha, stakes from $0.05/$0.10 to $100/$200. Part of the fee feeds a jackpot paid for a straight flush or better at showdown.

Fixed stack
Every hand starts with 8 BB. Winnings go to the balance; losses are topped up automatically while funds last.
Two actions
All-in or fold. You may keep a bigger stack to pressure neighbours or stay at 8 BB.
Showdown
Everyone all-in shows cards, the board runs out, the winner takes the pot minus rake.
Jackpot
Make a straight flush or better using both hole cards in hold'em, or a royal flush with two of four in Omaha, and the jackpot pays.
Rake and jackpot
Rake is a fraction of a big blind per pot rather than a percentage, and separate fees feed the jackpot pool and All-In Fortune: 50% of the fee goes to the jackpot. Over the long run the format is expensive - every hand is an all-in, every all-in is raked - and Ocean Rewards is what balances it, since Tide Points accrue on the same rake: Rakeback.
Strategy without illusions
With 8 BB the maths is plain: shove pairs, aces with a strong kicker and suited broadways, widening as fewer players remain to act. The beginner\'s mistake is calling neighbours\' shoves with weak aces "because they push anything": the first shover\'s range is always stronger than the caller\'s. The second mistake is chasing the jackpot with suited connectors.
