Where do I download the GGPoker client?
The Windows installer is on this site: a 2.6 MB file signed by NSUS Ltd.. macOS, Android and iOS builds come from the room's site and official mirrors. Guide: GGPoker download.
Can I play in a browser?
No. The room runs only in the installed client on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS - a deliberate security choice. Sites offering "GGPoker in the browser" with a payment form are fakes.
How many accounts can I have?
One GGPass per person, address and device. Duplicates are found through documents and payment data, and both accounts are closed. Recover a lost account through support instead of creating a new one. See GGPass.
What is the minimum deposit?
$10 for the 100% up to $600 match, $20 for the $100 rewards pack. A sensible first deposit covers twenty buy-ins of your stake. See deposits.
How long do withdrawals take?
Usually 24 hours, at most 72 hours on the room side; banks add 1-3 business days. Withdrawals go to the deposit method. See withdrawals.
Which documents does verification need?
A photo ID and proof of address no older than 90 days. The check takes about 24 hours. See verification.
How much rake do I need to clear the bonus?
The match releases at $1 per $5, so five times the bonus in rake within 90 days. Beginners usually do better with the rewards pack. See GGPoker bonus.
How does rakeback work?
Ocean Rewards: 100 TP per $1 of rake, tiers from 16% to 80%, rewards in GEMs. See GGPoker rakeback.
How do I get freeroll tickets?
3 tickets for signing up, 3 tickets for a deposit, one per 100 hands of cash play. Daily events at 10:00 and 22:00 UTC, Saturday at 16:00 UTC. See freerolls.
Can I use a VPN?
To download, yes; to play, no - network rules require playing from the account country. Travelling? Tell support in advance. See GGPoker and VPNs.
What is a funds password?
A separate password for withdrawals and trades. Keep it different from the login password; it is restored only through support with documents. See login and security.
What happens if my connection drops mid-hand?
Money already in the pot stays in play; the client offers a short reconnect window. Play for money on a stable connection - the room calls ping under 500 ms comfortable.
Does casino play clear the poker bonus?
No: casino wagers does not count. Casino earns Tide Points at its own rates only. See GGPoker casino.
How many hand rankings are there?
10 hand rankings, the same for hold'em and Omaha; in short deck a flush beats a full house. See hand rankings.
How much money do I need to sit down?
A buy-in at the lowest Rush & Cash table is $1; twenty of them is a sensible reserve. See bankroll management.
